It was a pleasure meeting with Robyn and learning more about the vision for the evening. We are excited about the opportunity to create a performance that feels dynamic, elevated, and intentionally designed around the room and the progression of the event.

Below are three proposed directions for the Knox Signature experience.

The Experience

A Hybrid of Live Musicianship & DJ Performance

The evening is designed around a hybrid of live musicianship and DJ performance, allowing the energy to evolve naturally throughout the event.

Rather than approaching the night as a traditional DJ set or live band performance, each option blends live instrumentation with curated DJ direction to create something more fluid, interactive, and adaptable to the room.

The difference between each experience is the depth of the live performance.

An expanded live experience with another layer of musicianship and visual presence.

Everything included in Signature, plus:

—Featured live violin performance
—Saxophone and violin performing individually and together throughout the evening
—Additional live arrangements and musical interplay
—Greater flexibility to create distinct moments throughout dinner, transitions, and the later evening
—A more immersive live presence within the room

Ultimate

DJ + Live Saxophone + Violin + Drums

$12,950

The fullest expression of the Knox Signature experience.

Everything included in Luxe, plus:

—Live drummer integrated with the DJ, saxophone, and violin
—A stronger rhythmic live element as the energy builds
—Additional impact during featured moments and higher-energy portions of the evening
—A dynamic hybrid performance that brings together the flexibility of a DJ with the presence and energy of multiple live musicians

Production & Design

Our production approach will be designed specifically around the ballroom, stage, guest count, and final performance configuration.

Knox Signature can work directly with HKS, Loews Arlington, and the event production team to secure the appropriate PA and audio requirements for the selected experience.

Alternatively, we can provide a detailed technical rider outlining the necessary equipment for production to be sourced through the venue or production partner.

—Clean, minimal performance presentation
—Architectural atmospheric lighting designed to enhance the stage and performers
—Professional audio integration for all Knox Signature musicians
—Digital mixing and performance coordination
—Wireless capability for interactive saxophone performance throughout the room

Our dedicated sound technician will manage audio, musician integration, soundcheck, and performance transitions throughout the event. The goal is for production to support the performance and architecture of the space without visually overwhelming it.

Optional Live Band Expansion

The Knox Signature ensemble can also be expanded with additional musicians for a dedicated live-band portion of the evening.

This could include:

—Male vocalist
—Female vocalist
—Guitar
—Bass

Combined with the existing live instrumentation, this creates an opportunity to introduce a distinctly different performance element during dinner or the earlier portion of the evening before transitioning into the hybrid DJ-led experience. The live band expansion can be designed around the final event timeline and musical direction, then added separately as an addendum once the desired format is determined.
